2PD Got this at Chucks Liquors in Bowling Green years ago right before they went to new bottle. Chuck told me it was 14 years old and they were about to restrict the picks of older juice. Glad I bought 2.

Really good. All of their picks are good but this has been one of my favorites I’ve gotten there.

question. Is it worth it to go to Dorignac's and not Martin's?

Stopping at Dorignac's isn’t a bad idea. Just be aware of what bottles should cost before going. But absolutely don’t pass on going to Martins especially when it’s almost across the street. Their barrel picks are solid. They currently have a Senator barrel pick right now that a buddy of mine said was fantastic. I have yet to try it but if it’s anything like their last one and if it’s still around by Friday, I’m definitely grabbing one.

Just dropped $500 in Lincoln road. Wish I had more time to peruse their selections, but I was in a time crunch. It was interesting that they had some “sought after” bottles scattered about like Easter eggs. Buffalo trace, weller Sr, McKenna 10, blantons, etc….

Welcome to the club What'd you get? For the starlight releases last month, I didn't even make it to their normal shelves before I was at my limit.

Had a redemption 9 yr bourbon and Manhattan at a restaurant. 3pd back home

2 starlight picks, a nulu pick, Russell reserve pick, four square 2008, Buffalo trace.
Left the McKenna ($69), blantons ($129), didn’t ask how much the weller was after that.

Good choices. Nulu and starlight stood out in terms of the varieties and relative values. I came close to getting the RR, but ended up grabbing the last ECBP instead. Which finishes did you get? I'm most likely going back in a few weeks to grab some of the ones I had to pass on previously.

I know the cigar batch for sure, can’t remember the others. I could’ve easily spent 4 times as much in there. When the girl had to walk out to the vehicle with me to carry a couple of bags my wife asked “how much did you spend?” I’m within spitting distance of maisanos now, but I’m not going to press my luck.

I'm really surprised they still had the cigar batch. It is fantastic. That alone was worth the trip.

What stood out to me was the number of empty case boxes they have behind the counter. They're clearly used to people buying in bulk.

Press your luck and go to Maisanos. It's too good of an opportunity to pass up.
