I haven't seen the proof and wood bottle referenced anywhere yet. Definitely interested in trying it based on the quality of previous releases.
In addition to the banana and bubblegum, that triple mash has a honey cereal taste underlying it and spice on the finish. I've been impressed with the complexity for the price. More importantly, it's just an enjoyable pour.

2pd is a really solid pick. I've got three sets of stellum bourbon and rye picks and in each case, the rye is better.
