I tend to lean towards higher proof pours. Old Forester 1920, Wild Turkey Rare Breed Rye, Smoke Wagon Uncut Unfiltered, Elijah Craig Barrel Proof, Jack Daniels Single Barrel Barrel Proof, the Barrell Batches (and their finished stuff). I also pick up store pick single barrels quite a bit, for example Old Scout store picks.
