Much deserved 1st after putting in some yard work for wife’s Mother’s Day present.
Added an Eagleston Holly behind the pool since we removed the palm trees and Chinese fan palms this spring.
Tomorrow I have to get this red bud in the ground and build out the garden bed a little bit.

Drinks well below the proof. Oily mouthfeel. Tastes like Eddie Russell and Booker Noe went drinking and Eddie gave away the recipe. Love it. It still has that beam peanut funk when you swirl it, but it's damn close to a turkey product. Aint mad at it at all. Side by side, coming off of donahoe to pigskin, the pigskin is completely muted. Classic bourbon profile done right.
