I know this maybe sac religious but I’ll take Pinhook over Penelope any day.. ya can have the wheated.. but I haven’t tried the rio.. the architect is decent.. just remember everyone’s palate is different

Pinhook Rye is up there with some of the best rye I have ever had.

It is the Masbill #2 of an EH Taylor Single Barrel. Best way I can describe it, Since EHT SB is Mashbill #1 at 100 proof, Also I,think on the mashbill #1 line that’s where the whisky starts to get more dense and more complex. It is not just a 100 proof Blantons.

Everyone has a different palate. Not bashing it.. sometimes I feel all their cask and crème brûlée is gimmicky
