Wild to me that they’re now putting out 11 year SiB when their ECBP line age statements have been 10 or so a couple times.

Only reason I bought it cause the few I’ve had were all 8-9 year. Now it’s the first crack but this one is missing the richer notes you get from the old ECBP batches. It’s an off profile barrel cause even the peanut note isn’t there. Almost a cedar cigar box on the nose tobacco on the palate with some bright herbal thing and the finish is a bit dry. Will see how it opens up not mad about it.

I’m sure EC is keeping the honey barrels for them self and selling the others as store pics. Regardless I like ECBP generally. Different is not always bad. That’s why I have so many bottles, at least that what intel the wife
