I just bought an atomizer, I’m trying to get more into cocktails. I love a well made Sazerac, Manhattan, and Old Fashioned (unfortunately it’s hard to find the latter).

Y'all, I "may be" getting my barrel for the new stores grand opening.

If I pick an Elijah Greg barrel, I can't decide if I want it proofed down (94-100) or something in my wheelhouse in between 100-110 proof or should I get a big boy barrel proof? (+112 proof)

Drums and drams bottle eh.

I just got 2 of these. The 64.9% and 64.4%. Haven’t cracked either yet.

I now have 6 bottles of Evernorth.

Good evening gentlemen. Took nearly four months for me to pick up, but less than a day to open.

I still haven't been able to get down there to get mine yet, but am looking forward to it. Thoughts on it?

Some pecan pie vibes on the initial pour. Good impression and I'll look forward to seeing what happens with a little air.

One benefit of waiting is that I was also able to get this. These are usually good cocktail bases, but I like to try everything neat initially.

Update: bunch of citrus. I enjoyed it neat and tried in a Sazerac afterwards. Good stuff.

I only have one bottle with me but prior was many OF and other misc beverages. No idea how I am still awake.

Good evening gentlemen. Going with another cocktail (bourbon smash). These are ideal in the summer.

How’s that pour t00f? Worth the price tag?

I think so, it’s pretty great for a new concept.

I’d like to get ahold of the wheat.

Three of us did the BIB and the 3 GTG last night for Hokus Pokus Whiskey Wednesday. We were damn near unanimous and almost opposite of what I predicted. Two of us had the BIB as the clear winner. All 3 of us had the wheated not only last, but none of us even liked it and two of us are wheated fans. We all liked the rye but felt it was closer to just a high rye bourbon. The straight was fine, but not a buy. I'll revisit the BIB, but none of the GTG.

I second t00f. The rye is one of the best I've had this year. Buy with confidence. I'll gladly take it off your hands if you don't like it.
