It’s a fresh crack just showed up today. At first it was tight and the nose was like peanut butter. It’s opened up some now more of a coconut note over peanut butter. Palate is a little bitter/sour at first, then you get hit with a cabinet of baking spice that rolls over into a decent warm finish. Only rough spot is that bitter note in the front but it threw me cause I was expecting sweet.

ETA As I got to the end of the pour the nose got richer with dates and dark fruit, palate still had the spice but had a candy corn note that came up.

EC Toasted

The decadence is more polished round, and a little sweeter. The EC Toasted a little more structured but delicious. I don’t drink a lot of finished bourbons, but the decadence may make me change my mind. Easy

It’s OK. Low on heat, pleasant standard profile. Tad bit of spice.

Does not stand out in anyway though. At this price point there are others I would buy like WT101.

Glad I skipped it yesterday at my stop into Maggio's. They were pumping it. Picked up a Russels 10 (hard to find in my area) and a blue note store pick.
