I don't use it a ton, but it adds some variety. I've got several different wood chips, but the cherry and apple are by far my favorites.

Picked up some Buffalo Trace, EH Taylor and Buffalo Trace Kosher Rye Whiskey from the mom and pop shop across the street tonight.

I live 20 minutes from bowman distillery and it’s hard to get in Va. The small batch and port finish are everywhere but the single barrel is a rare find.
