That Noa's Mill is such an underrated pour. Years back I hated Willet. They have that grassy funk that just never sat right with me. Then a couple of years ago BusBus turned me on to Campbeltown scotches with that incredible funk, and since then I have become a Willet fanboi. NM is one of my standard go-to's now along with Johnny Drum, Chattanooga and Starlight.
