2k bottles sold in less 5 minutes.

Just when I start to get encouraged by the slowing down of the market, something like that reminds me there's a long way to go. I'm all for the pre advertised, online model though. It's hard to get too angry when you only waste five or ten minutes while multitasking.

Same, it was a pretty simple process for me. They use the Shop app, so I got the exact bottle I wanted because my checkout details were saved. I did have a couple friends who didn’t have their info saved on the site and their cart was sold before they could finish inputting details. But, I’d much rather get a good bottle in an online pre-advertised manner than wait outside a store on a Saturday morning for 3 hours before knowing if I was randomly chosen or not.

Damn, I just started to ask why there were no posts on whiskey Wednesday and realized my mistake. This week is crawling by.

Found some Spanish Vermut at Total Wine. Fell in love with this in Spain this summer.

Evening

FPD is Sacrificio 100% Tobala Mezcal that's damn good. Subtle smoke with hints of raisins, honey and vanilla.

Splash of campari and you can do a splash of gin if you want. But just the vermut straight is amazing. In Spain they put an orange slice in it but I didn't have any oranges last night
