I enjoy it - it has the typical rye spice on the finish with a hint of citrus to make it interesting.

It would make a killer old fashioned but I couldn't bring myself to make an OF with a bottle in this price range.

Had Bookers for the first time this weekend. Wasn't a big fan. It was just ok.

Yeah. Any reputable booze store will have it.

Calandro's on Perkins has quite a nice stash of whisky. You'll find it there for starters.

Hell Yea .

First time trying Colonel Taylor, have heard nothing but great things.

Hopefully Calandro's has the single barrel.

Thomas H. Handy awarded as World's Best American Whiskey.
LINK
I have never tried it but what are the opinons of people who have tried the antiques and the Pappy?

Handy is consistently the least valued of the BTAC, so as far as it being the best whiskey in the world, it isn't even the best in that release.

I also don't understand how Pappy 20 always beats the 15 when most people I've talked to and myself included prefer the 15.

I am glad to see EHT rye getting some love though, it's my favorite non-ultra aged rye.

i certainly wouldn't equate value to actual quality in today's secondary whiskey market. THH has been called the best of individual BTAC releases on several occasions. Last year to name one...

How many times have you seen someone willing to trade a Saz18 for a Handy though?

Handy would be great as a bi-annual release and could be done since it's just barrel proof baby saz but it gets lost going out at the same time as GTS and WLW to me.

again, your referring to perceived secondary market value

since it's just barrel proof baby saz

i can promise you it's not "just BP baby saz"
