Trying to expand the horizons and mess with some different flavors. Still have the nice whiskeys at my disposal but that's the easy thing, lol

Toasted is good shite. Almost poured some earlier but this 33 degree weather was begging for some EHTBP.

I think I was a little hasty on the Whistle Pig too. I enjoyed the 2nd and 3rd pours more than the first. I will definitely finish the bottle and am looking forward to comparing it to some other higher end ryes.

I got my 3 in...shal probably try this weekend.

Keeping it mellow tonight so I can defrost some birds and save for the weekend. Keeping it simple with some er10, eht SmB, and 4R SB.

I've got to admit the best ryes I've had aren't necessarily the most expensive - baby Saz & EHT.

It's been since the weekend for me lol. I have not I never been a big turkey drinker. Had the forgiven...it was forgettable.
