Hello fella's. I have been out of the thread for some time now because I don't drink much bourbon in the summer. With this cold front coming in I thought it would be a good time to get involved again.

My two favorites as far as every day drinkers go for this past season were bulleit 10 year and 4 roses single barrel. I also got a bottle of van winkle 12 year lot b that I haven't opened. Recommend my first bottle of the season!

Also, I talked with an employee at my local store and he said the pappy is going to double in price or more this year. Any truth to that?

I am a huge fan of anything EH taylor...I prefer the single barrel over the small batch but they are both great...rye is awesome and if you want a kick barrel proof is where its at.

As for pappy doubling in price...thats only if your store decides to raise there prices for it. I have not heard of the MSRP going up...only the greed.

I bought a bottle of the small batch over the weekend. Wanted to get the single barrel but they were out. Small batch is very tasty. Next purchase will be the single barrel.

EHTSmB is great, especially for the $$, but dont make the mistake of drinking it side by side with EHTSB.. SB blows it out the water

I had the tornado a couple weeks ago for the first time.. That shite was goooooood.

Im looking forward to the new EHT bottles coming out
