I've been on a 2 month beer hiatus. Lost 20 lbs. Ironically, my last beer was a bourbon barrel beer in Louisville.

Searching for Ghost gave me a crash course on the bourbon hunt in the coming weeks.

Double IPA from Parish Brewing in Broussard. Fragrant, deep tropical/grapefruit notes, clean hoppy finish.
Best beer I've had from those guys (and I love me some Envie!)
It was on shelves in Nola and disappeared in 3 hours (no pun intended)..similar in BR/Laffy a day later.
I've got one or two more spots on the radar to try to pick up more tomorrow.
Ran around town like I was searching for BTAC, but instead of places getting 3 bottles total, at least they got 25-30 4 packs!
