Very impressed. Very mello proof so it goes down so smooth. A heavy oak presence with I like a lot. Maybe a hit of vanilla and Carmel. It's very good. It reminds me of jps 18. And most of you know how much I like jps 18. It's a half step behind that maybe needs a bit more bite.

I figured you would like it beard its pretty good. The first time i had it with ice and was mad I put it in there lol.

How difficult is it to find this? I looked at about every store in Shreveport Bossier this past weekend but have struck out. I can't seem to find it for purchase online either. I saw someone on this board describe this as a "unicorn" and I'm beginning to believe them.

I would say to find a bottle of jps 18 sitting on a shelf would be maybe 1 in 100 stores. If people know what it is, they buy it. Jps 18 hasn't been released in a couple yrs. it was a one and done batching

Yea if you see any JPS 18 buy it. Some how a store in AL got 15 6 bottle cases! I had a friend at the store checking on some JPS 21 for someone and he said they had some 18. After he talked to the lady he bought the last 2 cases. She told him they sold it all in a bout a week.

i called yesterday afternoon and they said they are not getting their BTAC until december...

The distributor has seriously flubbed this years release. The few people I know with contacts to them have said it's been a nightmare this year just trying to find out their allocations. It will be even harder to find anything because it is going to slowly trickle out here and there.

Wtf is wrong with them? First time I spoke with them over a month ago they said they were not getting any and then yesterday they told me they did get it in the morning an already sold it. Very frustrating.
