I always enjoy the bars in the Galt House by the river. The one in the crossover has an awesome view at night. Jockey Silks on the 3rd floor has 150 different bourbons. When I was there last they had 20yr Van Winkle for $20 the 23yr was $40. The bottles were getting low though.
Liqour Barn is worth browsing.

NOLA, How's that John J Bowman? I always see it and I've never pulled the trigger because I didn't know anyone who had tried it.

I second that personally. I love John J Bowman. One is the best and most underrated bourbons out there. It's definitely worth the money in my humble opinion.
