Had it Sunday for lunch....REAL pot roast with a few carrots, onions , and plenty of fresh garlic thrown in...chuck roast,I think, and a ton of homemade gravy. Served with lettuce and tomatoe...so messy I ate half with a fork and knife. Great rendition of a classic.
