El Siboney was the best meal I had there, but it's not a fancy place at all.
7 Fish was an enjoyable, but didn't blow me away. Chef has some sort of Louisiana/LSU connection - I think he might be from Florida, but went to LSU for a while.

Conch Republic food was very average but the view at sunset was beautiful. Garbos was street food but it was delicious. Had a lobster roll from Eaton Street Market, only stopped there because my kid had a blowout diaper and we had to change her in the parking lot lol.

Yea on Stock Island. Their hogfish sandwich is great.
