I know Chris's Specialty Meats can source them if given enough lead time (They only need a week or two).
Also I've noticed some farms selling straight to individuals through markets that are set up at restaurants on the weekends. I'm sure if you talk to someone selling pork chops they also would sell you a whole hog.
