where to buy (online) the best value duck fat?

just made some gumbo using duck fat for the roux and it is ridiculous.
I know that shite ain't cheap so i can't use it all the time but anyone here buy it in quantity where it is a little bit better of a deal? stuff i bought was just on a whim at the grocery story 12 oz for 10.99.

I buy a gallon at a time from Hudson valley. Make a big batch of roux and freeze it.

I just saw today that Zuppardo's in Metairie has it for $6.99 for 8 oz.

Yep. And order some foie Gras and fresh duck breast while you are at it. Or really guild the lily and order the rendered “foie Gras” fat.
