I do a lot of smoking and wanted to get into homemade bacon. Unfortunately pork bellies are harder to find than I thought, someone that carries bigger briskets would be nice since Sam's normally stops around 10 lbs.

Whole Foods has Pork Bellies, but they are on the expensive side

Scallan's Meat Market on Airline Hwy near Plank Rd carries pork bellies.

How do you get to the cheap side of Whole Foods? Is there a secret entrance?

This thread earlier today may be a resource as well. You are more likely to get a real butcher there.

La Morenita may have pork belly.......they have all kinds of shite in their meat market.

They have huge "sheets" of fried pig skins........I'd never seen such a thing.
