Where to buy jambalaya pork in BR/Ascension

Some places, mainly in Ascension parish, sell pork jowl meat which if more preferred to just Boston butt when doing a jambalaya.

Alexander's used to have temple meat in the freezer case.

Alexander’s generally has frozen blocks in the case between the seafood and butcher counters. If the butchers are there, they will also cut some for you. It comes in (I think)15# logs.

Rouses on 42 normally has it in the freezer section right past the sausage
