My favorite place to get a burger made in such a way is Flemings. It's the best.

I've actually heard that they do a good burger. It's just not a place I think to eat. I'll have to try it.

I remember the worst burger I've ever had. It was when I was in college and some guys in my complex cooked burgers. They used egg and breadcrumbs to stretch the meat. It was thick dry as hell burger that was just hard to even swallow. That was a long time ago, but I've never forgotten it.

Worst burgers I've ever had were at people's homes too. I don't know how they made them, but it was the same thing.. hard, dry, dark, etc.

It was after that burger that I attained expert burger cooking status.

Does their kitchen look anything like the inside of the bar?

Quit being a germaphobe.

Also, they have takeout. And the best brunch in Baton Rouge.

And don't get me started on you and doing stuff in gross places.

Sure I have! I sling some burgers regularly. I think I even have a burger cooking expert certificate somewhere around here.

I would think that cooking a burger in the microwave would technically seal in almost all of the juices so it should be great, right?
