I can’t decide between seafood gumbo, something on the smoker, or roast beef po-boys. Looking for inspiration - what y’all doing?

Wife is making a rather plain meatloaf (yawn) because her dad likes it.

I’m making Paul Prudhomme’s Very Hot Cajun Sauce for Beef to pour over mine and give it some flavor.

I will probably stop at Mother's for a Ferdi special before heading to Dillard's Christmas Concert at 7:30. I believe it's in the Lawless Chapel.

We caught a wild hair today and bought some Lamb chop loins, smoked between 225 and 250 for 90 minutes on our Masterbuilt electric smoker and it turned out amazing. Seasoned with garlic salt, onion powder, a little Tony’s and Worcestershire. It turned out amazing, my 5 year old nephew even at it. This was my first time eating lamb but it definitely won’t be my last

Those fatty dog jaws were a little salty with the tears mixed in but it went down just fine.
