What to eat in Jackson Hole?

So I'm headed to Jackson next weekend for a few days and wanted to see what you guys recommend I eat. As of now I have reservations and The Local and Blue Lion for dinner, and Piste for lunch which is on the mountain in Teton Village.
How does that look and what are some must eat places for breakfast and lunch? We won't be skiing, so this will be pretty much an eating and drinking trip.

Local is great. Maybe the best burger I've ever had
Jackson drug for milkshakes/floats
We had Pinky G's pizza one night, waited 45 mins and it was average pizza
Moo's Creamery for homemade ice cream
Poke your head in the Silver Dollar Bar in the Wort Hotel to hear some live music. We ate at the restaurant there and it was nothing special.
We stuck to the area around the square as we were only there for about a day and a half.

Was amazing. Had the lamb with mint jelly. Unreal.
Snake River Grill was very good. I also had the lamb here and it was amazing.
Thai Me Up was decent. Brewery and burgers of all things.
Persephony and Nora's Fish Camp for breakfast/brunch for sure. Persephony being more fancy while Nora's is the traditional pancakes and bacon place.
Roadhouse Brewing was good for what it was. They had seating on the balcony overlooking the square.

Local is awesome.
We ate at the restaurant in the Four Seasons at the base of the mountain several times for lunch. Everything we got from there was really good.
Live music at million dollar cowboy bar was fun.
Mangy moose had good pizza.
Bin 22 was a cool spot for cheese board and wine.
Pearl street bagels was a good spot for coffee.
I didn't love Hatch.
There's a few other places I really liked that I can't remember name of right now. I'll post them when I remember. We were there for two weeks back in february.
We did a sleigh dog tour that was pretty cool.
Eta: Teton Tiger was really good.

Probably not a great time of year for those..
I'd recommend dornans for pizza and a great view of the tetons but it's probably closed for the winter
Eleanors is a cool bar in addition to the other recs
Blue Lion is solid, the gun barrel is pretty good, the Bird is a local favorite from my time living there, pretty standard fare though (burgers etc)

Probably closed. I wish I had found this place earlier in life. I could easily see me hiking all day during the summer and spending my evenings on the porch at Dornans drinking beer and eating pizza. One of my favorite places on Earth. Hope I get to go back.
