what to do with muscadines?

I have several pounds. outside of just eating them by themselves, what can i do w/ them?

Not much in my experience. I've had muscadine wine and it pretty much blows.

Maybe I didn't have the right stuff.

What color do you have, white or purple? The purple makes some very good jelly. My mom used to make enough every season to last a whole year and have extra.

Muscadines, oranges and kumwats (sp?) are great until you keep getting more and more people trying to unload them on you. Then you're hiding in your office because Tim is bringing in his newest haul and you already have three baskets of oranges.
