However, that said, I have been tinkering with it and I may come out with a working calculator, just with a few variations at first. Maybe next year.
At my age, I don't know how much longer I can keep working on these things.

That would be nice. The main thing I always have to remind myself of is the roux/liquid ratio. I don't make it often enough to be routine for me.
