if you are 5'11 210 you are creeping dangerously close to being obese.

even 6'0 195 is still kinda fat.

You people are hilarious. I am 6' I weigh 220 and wear 32" pants. No one would call me obese if they seen me. How you carry weight is more important than how much you weigh.

Unless you are some gym rat, 220lbs at 6 feet is considered overweight

Not true. Have you seen an ex football player, let's say a safety or LB. sure they have a gut but their shoulders are broad and legs are tree trunks. Bone structure, and how you carry your weight is important. I was at 240 and got down to 215. Do you know how many people said, "wow, I never thought you were 240, you didn't look it".

when someone has a 'gut', they are generally considered overweight.

There's a difference between overweight and obese. To me it looks like yall are talking about two different things, and neither of yall are wrong.

Six even. I am now at 215. This is the most I can weigh and wear 36 inch pants/34 inch jeans.

Yea 6 feet tall and 240 is heavy. Youre barely fitting in 34/36s and the guy on this page is fitting in 32s at the same height and 5lbs heavier

I'm ok with 205-215. It is what it is. Drew Brees is around that weight and height. He isn't remotely fat.

Yall can call me fat all day long. I agree 230 plus fat, not 205-215.

I diet too and run 15-20 miles per week. Please stop belittling me and thinking that the average Joe can't look like a 36 year old QB. Not every male is fat at 215, especially at 6'0". Give me a break.

Do you lift weights? Do you have a lot of muscle mass? If not you are pretty fat at 215.
