Food: Boneless, skinless chicken breast or ground turkey. 90% of my bigger meals right now contain one or the other.
Drink: Sweet tea.

Plain, full fat Greek yogurt
I buy the Fage nonfat plain and put fruit in it.
One day I accidentally bought the full fat kind. It was so good I nearly cried when I realized it.
So for me nonfat greek yogurt, steel cut oats with nonfat milk and fruit. All of those every day.
Drink: coffee

I never considered myself a serious coffee drinker, but, the word "most" is directly tied in with "consistency". I drink 2 mugs, of coffee everyday, so, that's what I consume the most, I guess..
Coffee & pork.

Why nonfat? Fat keeps you feeling full, longer. It slows down the absorption of the fruit sugars, which helps to keep your blood sugar on an even keel.
I do buy & use the nonfat for specific things (like yogurt based dips/marinades/dressings). But if I'm eating it straight, I want ALL the damn fat. Ditto for milk--whole metabolizes more slowly than nonfat.

Why nonfat?
Weight Watchers points. 2 per container for nonfat. 7 for full fat.
That's the only reason.

I'd drink heavy cream in a glass if I could get away with it.

Without reading any of the replies...
Food: Any sort of meat. A meal isn't complete without some sort of protein.
Drink: Water. I go through a ton of it.

Beer/water/coffee and eggs are probably the most consistent things in my diet.
