Holy shite dude. Do you run a restaurant?

I brined a whole chicken for about 4 hours and rubbed a rack of spares with Chris Lilly's butt rub (which is phenomenal). Coated the chicken with Big Mike's Poultry Rub and smoked both of them in the Orion for about an hour and fifteen then finished them on my charcoal pit.
The BBQ sauce was one of the new Heinz sauces they just put out. Let my 9yr old choose which one we used because why not? Lol. He picked the Kansas City Sweet and Smokey. I liked it well enough but it needed some help. Added apple juice, a few drops of liquid smoke and some smoked paprika to liven it up. Made all the difference in the world.
Ribs were flat out money. The chicken was really good too but it still isn't where I'd like it to be. Flavors were great but it just didn't pop like I want it to. I'll figure it out soon enough.
On a side note, someone asked earlier about temps and turkey. You want your breasts to be around 160-165 (max) and your dark meat to be no lower than 170.
