Serious Eats reviewed salsa, and the Herdez did well. I tried it and liked the red version a lot. It has become my main jarred salsa.
Herdez has their own line of corn chips too. Do not recommend. Stick with Santitas. $2 only!
Hell on the Red is another good pick.

Pepperland Farms. I usually buy all the mediums at Alexander's. It's the only place I find them.
I wish I knew the damn recipe to Las Palmas salsa.

Sarah's Salsa is fantastic. You can buy it in the cold section @ Fresh Market. I get mine at the one in Nola. I think they recently started carrying it as well at Lowe’s food stores.

L & J Cafe in El Paso
Grew up in TX and this place has the best salsa I've ever had. Pretty sure you can order from their site. I know you can call and they will ship it
My aunt's family is from Juarez. It's all she will use and she's the best cook I know, especially when it comes to Mexican food

I don't eat a lot of it but if I buy a jar of salsa, it's from a place here in town, Casa Mañana. Their salsa is really good.
I've made my own a couple times and it's really good.
Actually it's not "mine," it's from a place called Chevys I used to go to when I lived in Orlando. Their salsa is probably the best I've had.
It's very easy to make.
2 lbs fresh tomatoes
1 large onion, sliced
2 jalapeños
1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
1 Tblspn black pepper
1 tspn salt
2 tspn garlic, minced
1 Tbspn liquid smoke
Directions:
Grill on open flame tomatoes, jalapeños, and onion.
Remove when slightly charred and tomatoes soften and split.
Remove from grill and let cool. Cut the ends off the tomatoes and kinda squeeze them to get as much water out of them as you can.
Remove stems from jalapeños and core ends of tomatoes.
Place tomatoes, jalapeños, onion and all other ingredients in blender.
Blend until desired consistency (about 10 seconds).
Pour into container and chill. Enjoy with tortilla chips. It's really good!

Publix has a really good in-house salsa with a few flavors to choose from as well. Probably the best store bought salsa I've found.
