What is wrong with you people who add boxes of salt on top of powdered seasoning.

It makes the whole boil inedible. And the 2nd and 3rd batches are event possible.

It depends on the brand you use. Chackbay has almost no salt so you need extra.

I pretty much never add extra salt on top of the regular tub of seasoning and the other stuff I put in. Too much salt can ruin a boil in a second.

Stupid. THE correct way is after boiling in Zatarains is to dump the crawfish in an ice chest. Yeti is best. Then pour a box of salt over the crawfish, close lid, and shake.
