I made some last night and was wondering what is the best way to store it in the freezer. Do you store them separately by measurements of a cup or 2 cups? Can it be placed in gallon Ziploc bags? I know it sounds dumb but was just wondering what other people do.

Ice trays or muffin trays work well to freeze then you can put them in a freezer bag after they freeze.

Mason jars (leave some headspace), tupperware or freezer bags is what I use.

ETA: The little plastic tubs that some types of lunch meat come in also work pretty well.

Based on the picture, I immediately assumed that was a 5 gallon bucket

Who doesn't use 5 gallons of stock at a time?

I thought this was a bucket as well. Kinda said to my self "Oh HA...HA...very funny!"

I will go ahead and buy those. I think by having it split into servings of 2 cups it will make cooking much easier.

Ive used 32 oz, but it's nice to have 1 cup size as well.

I could technically just measure out a cup and pour it in the 32 oz. I think I'll play it safe and just grab the 16 oz one.
