Instead of cooking whole pig buddy of mine suggested 2 Boston butts with skin on. Going to add a brisket and whole chickens. Any other suggestions. For a dove hunt party

Throw in some sweet potatoes. Wipe the outside with some butter or oil of choice and wrap them in foil to cook.

Hah, you could blow their minds and do a whole goat.

Cooking a goat arab style - YouTube

You may not be allowed to cook again though.

Roast a couple of whole heads of cauliflower, slathered with olive oil, garlic, and herbs. (Cut the core out of the stem end, rinse and dry, but leave whole). Takes about 45 mins - 1 hr at 400 degrees, but you just need to cook at whatever temp until it is soft.

"meat roll"
Take a few packs of bacon and lay them out transverse on the platter, get a boston butt and tenderize it pretty good to flatten it out as best you can on top of the bacon, shred up some tasso, jalapenos & cream cheese and put that on top of the boston butt then roll it up and stick some skewers through it

I had some Arab friends in college who did this for us and it was delicious. It was strange to see them all digging in in a circle around it bare handed, but then I thought about a cochon de lait and we do the same thing.
