We make pigs quite often for parties at which kids will be, but we have to make extra for the adults who eat them, too. I like to get a good sausage and make them with puff pastry. I sometimes grill the sausage to get some more flavor and then roll them. I put out a few different kinds of mustards, but the yellow mustard is the one which is used the most.

Last few potlucks I've made dirty rice or rice dressing and have been surprised how well it was received
