My fave is crackers and a hard-boiled egg.
Or peanut butter and saltines.

I like to make chili this time of year. I will make a huge pot on Sunday and put in Glad bowls to nuke at work.

I hope you mean for lunch. If you only spend $10 a day on food you're way ahead of the game.

Used to grill a bunch of chicken breasts on Sunday and take one to work every day during the week. Get some individual microwavable veggies to go with it.

This.
Salad, chopped veggies, cold pasta, lettuce wraps, chicken salad, etc...
I got a nice lunchbox on Amazon that fits good stuff and an ice pack with a drink pocket.

I only spend about $65 a week total on groceries. It's very doable
I don't eat 3 times a day I eat 2 times a day as I do intermittent fasting. I have a post workout meal and then another meal 7 hours later.

4 cans of black beans drained and strained
3 lbs of meat, cooked in a pressure cooker with frozen onions and bellpeppers
2 bags of frozen steamable broccoli or cauliflower
Season to taste, I usually use a lot of pepper, a little garlic powder and mild salt.
Mix it all together in a big tupperware usually lasts 4 days for two of my meals each day.

Leftover dinner in a glass snap ware container. Roast, spaghetti, etouffee, whatever.
