Made-In Stainless with non-stick coating. They've been absolutely amazing.

We have a large variety
Lodge cast iron pots and skillets
Enameled Lodge Dutch oven
Magnalite pots and roaster
LeCreuset enameled Dutch oven
LeCreuset non-stick skillets (really like these)
Hexclad wok (fun to cook with)

Most of the Lodge and all the Magnalite were handed down and will be again.

Mostly All Clad for daily use.

Have a few Le Creuset pans/Dutch ovens, few black iron Dutch ovens/skillets, and a couple copper/stainless clad pots/pans from estate sales

Calphalon hard anodized that we got for our marriage 20+ years ago.

The 8" skillet has finally got some warping on it, and I'm going to start replacing the pieces with some cast iron, which I've begun to like using.

Been really happy with this set. Also bought the matching griddle pan.

I have a couple Lodge enameled pots that I’ll use for certain things.

Also have a wok pan that i use a lot

After going through a series of so-called non-stick pots and pans over the years, I finally bit the bullet and bought some heavy duty stainless steel cookware to go with my cast iron pots and pans of which I have a dozen or so.

I also have a few low sided teflon coated frying pans for doing eggs, omelets and hash browns on weekend mornings for breakfast. They are cheap enough to replace as needed.

Update that no one asked for.

I ended up buying Made-in stainless clad saute pan and 12" stainless clad on black Friday sale. As well as the 14" Tramontina Professional nonstick pan posted earlier.

Next I need to find a dutch oven for gumbos and such.

My loadout:

All-Clad stainless steel pots, saute pans, etc.
Wagner 10in cast iron skillet I got from a thrift store and re-seasoned
Smithey 12in cast iron skillet
Mauviel 10in carbon steel skillet
Demeyer 4qt saucier
Staub 5qt enameled cast iron Dutch oven
Made-In carbon steel griddle

I probably use my Staub the most.
