TJ Ribs, sauce on the side.
I mention that in my book.
The best!

We got some wings from Hannah Q's for lunch and they were mighty fine. Reminded me of TJ Ribs, but with more heat. They were a good size too

I went to Mason's wing night every single week for years when I was at LSU. 50 cent wings & $2 abita draft? You can't beat it.
I think they changed it from just abita to have a bigger selection, but I am not sure. Sadly I haven't been in years.

Bumsteers and City Slice have been my go to wings lately.

TJ ribs are really good smoked wings. I like city slice too for smoked wings.
Blue plate for fried. I want to try them with a buffalo sauce on the side and a blue cheese to dip in after. I bet they’d be good. Not that they need it they’re great on their own. But want to compare them to the popular traditional buffalo wing places.
And Hooters is my favorite traditional buffalo type.
I haven’t had city slice that’s my next wing to try locally.

I always tell people I like Hooters, and they look at me like I have a third eye in the middle of my forehead.

Unfortunately the Bluebonnet location is a crapshoot for quality and service
The service there has fallen off a cliff. Their employees are terrible.
