Decided to not head to the bar for the Packer game and fire up the smoker.
Some boudin from Baton Rouge. First time I've had it since being in New Orleans, and it's good.
Sausage, onion, and cream cheese stuffed jalapenos wrapped in bacon. These things are effing awesome.
Rack of ribs, turned out awesome.

A coworker is an LSU alum from BR. Her family brought up some and she gave me some to throw on the smoker. I posted a pic of the package in a separate boudin thread somewhere.
