What Am I Cookin' Here This Evening? / Steak & Cheese Sandwiches

Not really a whole lot of prepping for dinner tonight but I'm just waiting for the time to get started cooking.



Having a cold one too!




Toasted the bread on the griddle a bit then griddled the onions and peppers.



The onions! Griddled onions are amazing on anything.



Things got going pretty fast when I put the meat on the griddle so didn't get many pictures.

Also tossed some fries in the fryer and it was time to eat!



This was a bit of a sloppy meal but it was delicious!
