Went outside and grilled some boneless, skinless chicken thighs. Made my wife a sandwich with some fries. :)

Made Hot Italian sandwiches again. A couple of weeks ago I used seeded buns from Costco. Today I used Banh Mi French bread loaves.
These were crispier after being warmed in the oven.
Meats and cheeses were dry salami, capocolla, prosciutto, Chesesi ham, mortadella, soppressatta, provolone and Swiss Cheeses.
The hot pepper spread was on the bread itself but I added a bit more on mine on top of the meats. Also kicked it up a bit with the addition of some Sambal Oleek pepper paste.
Mmmmmm.......!!!!!
