I pan fried a giant batch of meatballs to put some away in the freezer.
I built up a fresh marinara and held back the ugly meatballs. They're about to be chopped up and thrown in the marinara then introduced to some soft hoagie rolls, some sliced provolone, and a broiler.
The romaine got ripped to shreds and coated in a Caesar I whipped up a little earlier.
I made some plain old bourbon vanilla ice cream this afternoon for dessert.

2.50? My Walmart was charging 6.50. But yes it was pretty good
