Not sure what we are doing for dinner, had a late lunch ….

First full day back at home since Ida.
Hamburger Steak, Brown Gravy, Steak Fries, Smothered Corn, Sweet Rolls, Iced Tea,

I’ve never paired sausage and green beans, but it was not a bad meal.

Sausage goes with everything. I will even use it as a protein in a salad.

That looks great. Did you use a recipe or just wing it?

Winged it. Shrimp on cast iron in butter and Fogo spice. Added the rest and tossed the pasta.
