Working through the fridge before I cook again.

Had some leftover barbacoa and black beans so I made nachos on blue corn chips and topped with hatch chili queso and local salsa.

Baskin Robbins mint chocolate chip for dessert.

Vodka waters.

I splurged tonight and had Taco Bell. I had a couple of the overpriced and underwhelming “chicken sandwich tacos”, a burrito supreme and a cheesy bean and rice burrito (extra creamy jalapeño sauce). Still no cable or internet so I’m currently watching Stigmata

Those thighs look damn good. Mind sharing what you cooked them on and what your prep was? I do some decent ones but I would love fit them to come out lol that.

Recteq 590 pellet grill, put them on the grill cold and set to 400, a technique called 0 to 400 for an hour. Skin side down for 40 mins, bbq, flip , bbq, let go for another 20 mins.
