So I was trying to recreate an appetizer from a place called PizzaRev. One of my favorites. I found this recipe that seemed like a perfect match so I gave it a shot tonight. Mine came out thinner than I wanted (think I added too much water to the pepper puree) and the color was paler than that bright orange in the pic below. It came out good enough to make again but I'll try to fine tune the recipe a bit.
