Bean and beef burrito with hint of lime tortilla chips
I agree this is not the most impressive looking dish LOL
I was only going to do the burritos and wanted to throw up a pic real quick. The only thing I had for a side was chips

The Lovely and Talented Mrs. Lammo prepared crawfish tail banh xeos (Vietnamese crepes). Tails left over from boiled crawfish from Tony's.

Half a bag of egg noodles
Half a rotisserie chicken, shredded
1 can cream of chicken
8 oz. sour cream
8 oz. cheddar
Frozen veggies mixed in to your liking (I always have a large bag of frozen peas and carrots in the freezer so I just eyeballed the amount)
Boil the pasta a couple minutes less than the package directions and mix all ingredients together. Sprinkle breadcrumbs over the top and bake at 375 for about a half hour. I also spread some parmasean over the top about half way through
