Lobster tails in olive oil and pimentón, done in the big boss.

Avocado and white onion salad (EVOO and Sherry vinegar).

Baked potato, done up in EVOO, salt and black pepper.

Garlic bread.

Just masa and water. Mixed into a dough and pressed with a tortilla press. I add a bit more water than the masa container recipe calls for. This was @2/3 cup masa and enough water to make a semi moist dough.

Then heat each side in cast iron for 45 seconds or so, per side. Easy and very good.
