In this empty box is a pic of a medium rare steak from Hebert's, baked potato, and sautéed mixed veggies.

I like those veggie noodles, DH

Keg grilled toasted sesame salmon, Brabant potatoes and roasted broccoli.

Marinated the salmon about 30-45 minues.

Working on the Brabant potatoes.....

Used the Grill Grates for the salmon on the Keg.

As always you must stay hydrated when grilling!

Did one flip of the salmon and it wasn't the best I've ever done.

Time to eat!

This meal was as good as you'd get in an upscale restaurant but done out of the comfort of my own home!

Looks great, Cajunate. Love salmon, and it looks like you salvaged it. Cooking it on a cedar plank would have prevented that.

Have an upvote for the Octoberfest beer as well.

ETA: my bad. Not burnt. I see you cooked it skin-on.

Leftover instantpot red beans and rice. Better the second time around with garlic toast.
