Filet mignon and salad for a last meal. I’m having surgery Thursday for a hernia. Time to chug Metamucil and eat jello for a few days

Did Amberjack 2 way last night
1. I smoked some AJ and made some dip
Got the smoker up to 225*
Seasoned the AJ with a dust of Old Bay just for the hell of it
Smoked for 1 hour with cherry wood
Olive oil, Tonys, Jalapeno, Red Onion, Cilantro
2. Grilled AJ
Tonys & Lemon Pepper
Made asian style cucumber salad from the garden to go as a side
All of it was
